Pricing FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your mediation at least two (2) business days of your mediation, we will refund all fees paid in full.

What is your hourly rate?

We don’t charge an hourly rate.Instead, we charge a transparant, fixed fee for all mediations.Half day mediations are generally 3-4 hours and full day mediations are generally 7-8 hours; however, we don’t strictly watch the clock of the matter is moving toward a resolution.

What types of matters do you mediate?

Our focus is on civil litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate and real estate investing disputes.

What about conflicts?

We run a “conflict check” prior to each mediation.  Simply because someone was a client of one of the Rick Davis family of companies does not mean that there would be a conflict that would prevent us from mediating your dispute.  With that being said, we will evaluate each situation individually and we will advise all parties when we there is a conflict or potential conflict.

Can you represent us as a lawyer after our mediation?

Not on the same matter.  If we mediate your dispute we will have knowledge from each of the parties that could potentially create a conflict or disadvantage the opposing party.  With that being said, mediation of one dispute does not prevent us from mediating future disputes or acting as your lawyer on an unrelated matter.
